What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide and certain technical information required to operate it securely:

  • Your name, email address, and any optional phone, company, or website details.
  • The service you select and the message you write.
  • The page from which you sent the message, the referring page, and, where present, information indicating the source of your visit.
  • The time you agreed to be contacted. To prevent abuse, we also store a non-reversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored with the enquiry.

Why we use it and our legal bases

  • To reply to your message, understand your needs, and take the steps you request before a possible engagement. This processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To protect the form from unwanted or malicious submissions and maintain a reliable communication record. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in website security and managing business communications.
  • To meet tax, accounting, or other obligations imposed by law where they apply.
  • To understand how the website is used, only where you have separately consented to Google Analytics.

Essential cookies and Google Analytics

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for the operation and security of its forms. These cookies are not used for advertising and cannot be disabled through the analytics settings.

Google Analytics is enabled only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It may then collect page visits, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information, and store cookies such as _ga.

We do not enable advertising cookies, Google Signals, or personalised advertising features. Your choice is stored only in your browser for up to six months so the website can remember it.

You can reopen Cookie settings at the bottom of the page at any time to change or withdraw your choice.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Access may be provided only to hosting, email, analytics, or professional service providers where necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, or meet a legal obligation.

If you accept Google Analytics, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its own privacy documentation.

We do not use the information you submit for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed to complete the communication and manage a potential or active engagement. If an engagement begins, some information may be retained for the periods required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email us to exercise a right or ask a question. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
