Who is responsible

The data controller is Achilleas Nikolaou, who operates professionally under the name Runnable.

This notice covers personal data collected through runnable.gr and runnablesolutions.com. For questions or to exercise your rights, you can contact us by email.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide, details about how the inquiry reached us, and limited security information:

  • 01 Your name and email address, the service you select, and your message. These details—and confirmation that you have read this notice—are required so that we can receive and reply to your inquiry.
  • 02 Any phone, company, or website details you choose to add.
  • 03 The page from which you sent the message, the referring page, and, where present, information indicating the source of your visit.
  • 04 The date and time when you submitted the inquiry and acknowledged this notice. To prevent abuse, we also store a non-reversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored with the inquiry.

Why we use it and our legal bases

  • 01 To reply to your message, understand your needs, and take the steps you request before a possible engagement. This processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • 02 To protect the form from unwanted or malicious submissions and maintain a reliable communication record. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in website security and managing business communications.
  • 03 To meet tax, accounting, or other obligations where required by law.
  • 04 To understand how the website is used, only where you have separately consented to Google Analytics.

Essential cookies and Google Analytics

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for the operation and security of its forms. These cookies are not used for advertising and cannot be disabled through Cookie settings.

Google Analytics is enabled only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It may then collect page visits, interaction events, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information, and store cookies such as _ga. After a successful inquiry, it may record that the form was submitted, together with the broad service category and whether it came through the Greek or international website. We do not send the name, email, phone number, company, website, or message entered in the form to Google Analytics.

We do not enable advertising cookies, Google Signals, or personalized advertising features. Your consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to six months. Google Analytics event and user-level data may be retained for up to 14 months, while cookies such as _ga may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner.

You can reopen Cookie settings at the bottom of the page at any time to change or withdraw your choice.

Sharing and international processing

We do not sell personal data. Access may be provided only to hosting, email, analytics, or professional service providers where necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, or meet a legal obligation.

If you accept Google Analytics, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google describes the safeguards it uses—including adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and contractual clauses—in its data transfer documentation linked below.

We do not use the information you submit for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep it

Project inquiries and related correspondence are kept while they are needed to complete the communication and manage a potential or active engagement. Some information may be retained for longer where required for contractual, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymized.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.
