The context

Discover Rent A Car

Discover Rent A Car serves travellers at the airport, ports, towns, and hotels across Samos. The new website needed to present the business, fleet, and rental terms clearly while allowing customers to move into a real vehicle search.

Availability and pricing depend on pickup and drop-off locations, dates, times, and vehicle group. The website was therefore connected to Runnable Fleet so the options shown to the visitor and the reservation received by the office belong to the same process.

What Runnable delivered

The website and the management system work together throughout the reservation journey.

01

Bilingual website and structured content

The fleet, rental terms, frequently asked questions, contact, and business information were designed and developed in English and Greek.

02

Live availability and vehicle-group selection

Visitors define pickup and drop-off details, then compare available groups with calculated prices and useful vehicle specifications.

03

A Fleet-connected reservation flow

Customer details, optional extras, and the reservation are submitted through a journey that communicates directly with the office management system.

The booking experience

Live availability before a customer chooses a vehicle.

After searching, visitors see only the vehicle groups available for their locations and dates, together with specifications and a calculated total.

  1. 01

Start with the essential search details

Pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and times appear directly on the homepage.

  2. 02

Show available choices with a calculated price

Vehicle groups are returned for the specific search and presented with relevant specifications and pricing.

  3. 03

Keep the website and office on the same information

Fleet supplies the booking options and receives the structured reservation submitted by the customer.

Runnable Fleet

Runnable Fleet

The reservation starts on the website and is organised in Fleet.

Fleet brings together the vehicles, availability, pricing, customers, and reservations a rental office needs to manage. The website uses this information and returns the completed reservation to the same system.

  • Vehicles and availability

  • Pricing and add-ons

  • Reservations and customers

  • Website integration

What carried forward

A booking website should work with the day-to-day operation of the business.

A form is not enough when availability, prices, and options depend on changing data. Customers need answers that reflect the particular journey they are planning.

When the website and the office system exchange the same information, the reservation arrives organised and does not need to be transferred manually from one tool to another.
