The brief

Hotel Papanikolaou

Before choosing accommodation, guests want to understand the location, room types, amenities, and see enough photography to form a clear picture of the stay. All of that information needed to remain easy to access in both Greek and English.

The website was built to do more than present the hotel. The reservation journey was organised around arrival and departure dates, rooms and guests, room selection, and the corresponding cost so the hotel could receive a complete request.

What Runnable delivered

From presenting the stay to choosing a room and submitting a reservation.

01

A bilingual presentation of rooms and amenities

Rooms, services, photography, location information, and useful answers were organised across corresponding Greek and English versions.

02

Stay selection and reservation journey

Guests enter their dates and party size, compare room types, and continue to submit their contact and stay details.

03

Rate and reservation management

Tools were created to organise daily rates, store reservation requests, and send notifications to both the hotel and the guest.

The reservation process

Choosing a stay begins with dates and guests.

The form collects the essential stay details and presents the available options before the reservation is submitted.

What shaped the work

A bilingual hotel website for Ierissos, bringing together rooms, amenities, photography, and an online reservation journey.

  1. 01

Give guests the stay information before asking them to book

Rooms, amenities, photography, and location provide the information needed to evaluate the hotel.

  2. 02

Start the search with dates and party size

Arrival, departure, rooms, adults, and children are collected before guests choose the right room type.

  3. 03

Keep rates and requests in the same system

Daily-rate management and reservation storage are handled as parts of the same application.

What carried forward

A hotel website should connect the picture of the stay with the practical choices behind a reservation.

Photography and amenities help guests decide, but dates, room types, and cost must be just as accessible if they are going to take the next step.

When presentation and booking are designed together, the website answers a traveller’s essential questions and gives the hotel a better-organised reservation request.
