Hotel Aegeon
The Hotel Aegeon website introduces the hotel in Thessaloniki through room photos, amenities, and information about its location. Guests can explore the accommodation in Greek or English and submit a reservation request directly to the hotel.
The brief
The hotel has photographs that show its rooms and spaces in detail. The website brings these together with room types, amenities, location information, and answers to common questions about a stay.
Guests also need a way to contact the hotel about a reservation. The process starts with dates and the number of rooms and guests, then continues with room selection and contact details.
What Runnable delivered
We designed and developed the hotel presentation, amenities, frequently asked questions, and contact information in Greek and English.
Separate galleries for single, double, twin, and triple rooms let guests see several views of each accommodation type.
Guests select dates, room and guest counts, and a room type before entering their contact details. The request is recorded, with email notifications to the hotel and guest.
Exploring the rooms
The gallery groups photos by room type. Guests can browse each room’s interior and details without mixing photos from different accommodation options.
How we organized the project
Room photos introduce the accommodation, while amenities, location information, and frequently asked questions help guests plan their stay.
Both language versions cover the hotel and reservation process, so guests can explore and submit their details in their preferred language.
Dates, guest counts, and room selection come first. The hotel receives these together with the guest’s contact information in one reservation request.
The takeaway
A hotel website needs to show the accommodation and answer practical questions about it. Organizing photos by room type connects what guests see with the options they can choose.
The reservation process then brings their stay details and contact information together, giving the hotel what it needs to respond to the request.
